Sharron qualified as an Exercise to Music Instructor and Pilates Instructor in 2005.
Sharron has more recently qualified in Spin, Circuits and Boxercise Instruction and is also a regular runner with several marathons under her belt!
Her aim is to make classes fun, effective and always fresh, helping people get fit but have a laugh at the same time.
