Regular fitness classes for men and women who want to get fit and improve their health. We can help you achieve your specific fitness goals, if you want to create a slimmer, trimmer version of yourself we can help.
If you are tired of your existing exercise classes or feel that you’ve reached a plateau, we can help you move on and move up a gear (or two). If you’re confused about what to do next contact us for some simple friendly advice!
We believe that if you improve your basic fitness, your physical flexibility and your core strength you can become more in-tune with the needs of your body and in turn you will develop a deeper understanding of how improving your physical fitness can dramatically improve your life.
Our Regular Classes
COVID-19 has made it a challenge to run group classes right now and we care about your health and well-being. So we currently have a mix of live classes and video classes. The number of spaces is limited in our live classes and attendance is by pre-purchased tickets only.
To take part in a live Pilates class with Sharron please check the class calendar on our sister website Pilates Bromsgrove – Classes. Pilates Classes are currently available on Monday morning, Tuesday morning and evening and Friday morning.
Visit Chris’s Twitch.TV channel #StayAtHome Circuits to take part in Chris’s regular Circuits classes which are broadcast live every Monday at 6:30pm.
Alternatively visit Chris’s YouTube channel, Bromsgrove Fitness Classes to take part in a recorded class whenever you wish.

We can cater for your current level of fitness whatever level you are at. You can be certain of being made welcome and there is always someone to encourage you to do your best!
No previous experience is required, we’ll teach you to perform exercises correctly and safely, always working at a pace that suits you.
